Talking Dead guest list for The Walking Dead season 11 preview special

Talking Dead premiered on October 16, 2011, after the second season premiere of The Walking Dead. The series was set up to provide a deep dive into the most recent episode and featured many segments highlighting key moments. On August 15, one week ahead of the season 11 premiere, the show will host a special preview episode.

The guests for the special preview show will be Norman Reedus, who plays Daryl Dixon, showrunner Angela Kang and new cast member Michael James Shaw who will play Mercer from the Commonwealth in season 11.

This will be a great way to kick off the final season of the flagship series in the franchise. In July, Talking Dead tweeted about the return for the final season with other good news; the series will now be LIVE once again, instead of via Zoom. The Tweet also stated the show would be back all season long. This will give fans 25 episodes following The Walking Dead episode each week.

Chris Harwick will continue to serve as host for Talking Dead, and the preview episode leading up to season 11 of The Walking Dead is sure to be a great episode for fans who are excited to get this season started.

Reedus has been a guest many times, as has Kang and both of them are awesome guests, but most fans will be excited to see Shaw as a guest since he is one of the newest cast members. Hopefully, they can give fans some tidbits for the first part of season 11.

The series features new guests for each of its episodes, oftentimes with a surprise guest who could be the actor of a character who died in the recent episode. There is an “In Memoriam” segment for the episode, which gives us a look at all the deaths. There are online polls, BTS photos, questions from fans and other exclusive elements about the series.

It will be exciting to see what Hardwick and Talking Dead have in store for the fans during this Special Preview episode on August 15.
