Jeffrey Dean Morgan and his family have made The Walking Dead a family affair. Morgan plays Negan in the series, and his wife Hilarie Burton Morgan portrayed his on-screen wife, Lucille, in the episode “Here’s Negan.” But, another member of their family has also starred in the series.

Fans fondly remember that The Morgan’s son Gus portrayed a walker in the episode “Out of the Ashes” from season 11. He was the walker child that poked through the walls at Alexandria, and the boys were taunting him.

Gus did a great job, and many fans are jealous that he could do this as many of us would LOVE to portray a walker in this series. This writer’s dream is to be a walker and get killed by Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus).

The Woodbury Shoppe, the official Walking Dead store, is located in the heart of Senoia, home of The Walking Dead. It is a fantastic shop featuring amazing TWD memorabilia. If you can’t make it to Senoia you can check out their merch on the website.

There is even a DON’T OPEN DEAD INSIDE wall inside the shop that many people involved in the series have signed.

Gus Morgan has now added his signature to the wall!

The Woodbury Shoppe shared a great video featuring Gus with his dad as he signed the wall.

About a year ago, Hilarie Burton Morgan had the small community of Senoia in a buzz as she visited several of the shops in the downtown area. She was there to sign some copies of her book The Rural Diaries for fans to purchase.

The Morgans have starred in the series, but their family also stayed in Rick’s home in Alexandria while filming the “Here’s Negan” episode. They really take TWD Family seriously and get their whole family involved.
