Fans don’t have much longer to wait until The Walking Dead universe takes over Hall H at Comic Con 2022. This year AMC will be bringing Tales of the Walking Dead’s first-ever panel while The Walking Dead hosts its last. Great news is expected for TWDU from this monumental event.

Comic Con is hosting its first in-person event since 2019, and fans across the vast array of fandoms are ready to dive into the live con experience once again. The event will be held at the San Diego Convention Center from July 21-24.

TWDU panel schedule:

Tales of the Walking Dead panel on Friday, July 22 at 12:30 p.m. PT, Hall H

The Walking Dead Season panel on Friday, July 22 at 1:30 p.m. PT, Hall H

Many fans were sad that Fear the Walking Dead and Isle of the Dead wouldn’t have panels, but both these series are filming during the event.

Below are some great photos of the promos for Walking Dead season 11c.

It’s great to see Melissa McBride as Carol and Norman Reedus as Daryl featured as they are the only remaining characters from season 1. Very deserving of the honor of being featured in the final Comic Con appearance for the series.

Resist the Commonwealth seems to be a theme going into the series’ final eight episodes. This comes as no surprise as the midseason finale saw this organization taking over the communities of Alexandria, Hilltop and Oceanside.

The Walking Dead – Comic Con 2022

Exciting news is expected for all of TWDU, but it will also be quite melancholy as fans know this is the final panel for the flagship series. A long time ago, The Walking Dead made its first appearance at Comic Con 2010.  Back then, AMC promoted the series premiere, and 12 years later, they are promoting the series finale. It seems unreal.
