Walking Dead’s Ross Marquand cast in Daniel Roebuck’s Tuesday’s Flu

Actor and voice impersonator Ross Marquand is well known for his portrayal of Aaron in The Walking Dead series and his portrayal of legend Paul Newman on AMC’s Mad Men. Deadline reports that Marquand has been cast in a new movie Tuesday’s Flu.
The movie is directed by Daniel Roebuck, known for his role as Grandpa Munster in Rob Zombie’s The Munsters, from a script penned by the sibling duo of Stephen and Brian Parri. The term Tuesday’s Flu is what bookies use for gamblers who, after a weekend of losses, disappear.
The story follows Marquand’s Jason McCutchen, a compulsive gambler who has seen one too many losses. His bookie, Lester Smalls, gives him one last chance to turn things around, the down, side he could lose his son.
Robuck stars and directs and is joined by Marquand and Jackie Earle Haley, Tony Todd, Megyn Price, Craig Conover, and James Andrew Fraser. Filming has begun on the East Coast month.
Roebuck has made an appearance in TWD universe in the webisode The Walking Dead: Cold Storage. Haley has ties to the TWDU as he recently starred in Devil’s Peak with Katelyn Nacon, who portrayed Enid in The Walking Dead. Tony Todd is famous for his portrayal of the original Candyman, which also starred TWD actor Xander Berkeley.
What else does Ross Marquand star in?
Marquand is one of several TWD actors who is also involved in the MCU. He has voiced and portrayed Red Skull in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, as well as Ultron in the VR experience Avengers: Damage Control and an alternate version of the character in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. He would voice bother characters in the What if…? series.
Other roles he is known for include Invincible, Chicago Party Aunt, American Dad!, and more.
His fantastic ability for voice impersonations led to him starring and producing on the Impress Me series, helmed by Ben Shelton and Rainn Wilson.
In addition to Tuesday’s Flu, Marquand will also star in the upcoming Avenging Justice animated sketch comedy as Harold Horton the Red Mountie with fellow Walking Dead alum Khary Payton. He will also star in Lily, a thriller short with Hayley McCarthy.
