The Walking Dead’s Cassady McClincy to perform at The Velvet Note

Actress Cassady McClincy is known for portraying Lydia in The Walking Dead. When the series ended in November 2022, she was last seen alive and well and finally living a happy life. Many fans may not know that McClincy is also an impressive singer. She showcased her talents in a recent social media post which also served as an announcement for an upcoming performance at The Velvet Note in June.
Cassady McClincy shared that she will be holding two performances each night on June 2 & 3 at The Velvet Note, known as Georgia’s #1 Jazz Club in Alpharetta, celebrating its 10-year anniversary. She will be joined by Elisha “Doogie” Parish on drums, Bill Muter on bass tuba, Kennedy Avery on keys and vocals, and Drew Tucker on vibraphones.
She began singing at the age of nine and has performed at the Atlanta Opera, Carnegie Hall, Fox Theatre productions, and more. Her sound has been compared to the likes of Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Eilish.

Cassady McClincy – new film and guest appearance
Recently it was announced that Cassady McClincy had been cast in a new indie thriller, The Snare. She will play the lead role in the film, featuring Dempsey Bryk, Lucy Walters, Royce Johnson, Elizabeth Stahlmann, Esther Zyskind, and Dominic Bogart.
On Memorial Day weekend, Cassady McClincy will once again attend The Camp Event, an annual charity event held in Peachtree City, Georgia. The event hosts the Walking Dead and other fandom celebs while raising money for charity; this year, money will go to Camp Cares, an outreach that serves the homeless population in Atlanta, Georgia. She will be on hand to take photos, sign autos, attend a panel, and more fun events throughout the weekend.
