Fear the Walking Dead season 8 episode 2 June focused episode [images]

Actress Jenna Elfman has done a fantastic job portraying June Dorie on Fear the Walking Dead. She is a highly undervalued character who deserves more screen time. Viewers who enjoy a good June story will be happy to learn that the second episode of season 8 will feature more June.
The title is “Blue Jay,” which could possibly be June’s new moniker PADRE gave her. The synopsis tells that June will flee PADRE for her safety and to seek solitude. This is something that June has done before, but being alone isn’t always a good thing for her. The synopsis says that she will encounter Dwight (Austin Amelio) and Sherry (Christine Evangelista), and another man searching for his child, which will disrupt the safety and solitude she seeks.
The new man is like Adrian, played by Jonathan Medina, who is featured in the promo photos released by AMC for this episode. PADRE likely took his child, and he may want June’s help recovering the child.
Dwight and Sherry will have had their child by now, and could it be they, too, like Morgan (Lennie James) and Grace (Karen David), have allowed their child to be brought up by PADRE?
Fear the Walking Dead – June Dorie
Elfman has stated in interviews that June will be darker this season. She has lost a lot during her time in the series. Her husband John (Garret Dillahunt), father-in-law John Dorie Sr. (Keith Carradine), and countless others.
She was last seen fleeing Texas with the other survivors and still caring for Charlie (Alexa Nisenson), who had radiation poisoning and most likely didn’t survive.
What else happened to June in the seven-year jump that would cause her to go dark?
