Fear the Walking Dead returns to AMC and AMC+ this October with the final installment of episodes. The official trailer is here, and things are gearing up for an action-packed end. Madison (Kim Dickens) wants to save PADRE, believing it is the only thing she has left.
The last six episodes of Fear TWD will see several characters not seen in the final season’s first half, including Victor Stand (Colman Domingo) and Lucina (Danay Garcia), who many feared had died after a comment made by Daniel (Rubén Blades). Showrunner Ian Goldberg stated at WonderCon 2023 that Strand went down a dark path in season 7 and in season 8 “may have the most drastic reinvention of any character on the show when we meet him, so expect a big change.”
Another huge event in the last episodes is the return of Troy Otto (Daniel Sharman). Thought to have died in season 3, Troy returns to exact his revenge on Madison, as she was the one who bludged him with a hammer and left him for dead at the Gonzalez Dam. And the big question is,
The trailer reveals that Troy has an army of undead he will use to try and take over PADRE, which is well-stocked with resources. This peek into the final episodes also raises many questions, including why Troy has Alica’s (Alycia Debnam-Carey) prosthetic arm and what Madison has in that can she is holding.
Fear the Walking Dead season 8 part 2
Only time will tell if Troy killed Alicia or if these scenes are teasing her return. If Troy did kill her, nothing will stop Madison from getting her revenge, and she has all of her old friends there to back her up.
Fear the Walking Dead stars Kim Dickens, Colman Domingo, Danay Garcia, Rubén Blades, Austin Amelio, Christine Evangelista, Jenna Elfman, and Daniel Sharman.
The Final Episodes of Fear TWD premiere Sunday, October 22nd, on AMC at 9 p.m. ET and AMC+ at 3 a.m. ET.
