Neighborhood Watch is distributed by RLJE Films and reunites Morgan with The Boys actor Jack Quaid. Directed by Duncan Skiles (The Clovehitch Killer) and written by Sean Farley, the movie tells of Simon (Quaid), a mentally ill young man who believes he has witnessed an abduction, but law enforcement refuses to believe him. As a last resort, he turns to his bitter neighbor, Ed (Morgan), a retired security guard, and the unlikely duo takes up the investigation on their own.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan - Dead City season 2

Morgan has kept himself busy with his recent roles in The Boys, Bloody Axe Wound, and Invincible. In May, he will reprise his role as Negan in The Walking Dead spinoff, Dead City, where he stars alongside TWD co-star Lauren Cohan who portrays Maggie.

The second season of the spinoff will once again see Negan and Maggie on opposite sides, this time in the battle for control of Manhattan. Negan is blackmailed into joining forces with the criminal elements found in post-apocalyptic NYC and from the looks of the footage shared, he is back to leading as he once did with the Saviors.

Don't miss the season 2 premiere of The Walking Dead: Dead City on AMC and AMC+ beginning May 4 at 9 p.m. ET.
