The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon series is a spinoff of The Walking Dead, which began its story with a focus on the titular character, played by Norman Reedus. The first season broke viewing records and was sighted as innovative and a fresh new look within TWDU. The renewal of the second season came with the added announcement that Melissa McBride would join in a reprisal of her role as Carol Peletier. Her story was set up in the season 1 finale.
Fans were eager to see the reunion of Carol and Daryl as they parted ways during the flagship series finale in 2022. When Carol discovered Daryl was shipped off to France, it was no surprise that she would do anything in her power to go in search of him.

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon - The Book of Carol episode of Show Me More is a fascinating look at the second season of the series.
The episode features Norman Reedus, Carol Peleiter, showrunner David Zabel, director and SFX master Greg Nicotero, Manish Dayal (Ash), Clémence Poésy, Anne Charrier, Romain Levi, and more.
The segment features extensive commentary from the series' actors, and some focus on the new actors cast this season. Reedus and Louis Puech Scigliuzzi, who plays Laurent, share more about their bond as they've worked together the past two seasons.
