Madison Lintz didn't have a huge role in The Walking Dead, but her story made a huge impact on viewers.

During the first season of The Walking Dead, viewers were introduced to the Peletier family. The father and husband, Ed (Adam Minarovich), was abusive to his wife Carol (Melissa McBride) and daughter Sophia (Madison Lintz). Luckily, Ed was killed off quickly, and sadly, Carol would lose Sophia by season 2.
Lintz comes from a family of actors as her brothers Matt and Macsen also starred in The Walking Dead as the older and younger versions of Henry, Carol's adopted son. Her sister Mackenzie has starred in The Hunger Games and more, and their mother, Kelly Collins Lintz, has starred in We're the Millers.
Even though she didn't have a huge role, Sophia's loss in The Walking Dead was felt by all. She had gone missing in a world overrun by the undead, and many knew she wouldn't be found alive. The heart break came when she shuffled out of Hershel's (Scott Wilson) barn in reanimated form. Carol was grief-stricken, and the group stood staring in disbelief. Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln), as the leader, shot her in the head to put her out of her undead misery.

Lintz is also well known for her role as Madeline "Maddie" Bosch in the Amazon series Bosch as the daughter of the titular character Harry Bocsh, played by Michael Connelly. She played this role for seven seasons, beginning in 2015 until the series ending in 2021. She then reprised the role for the spinoff, Bosch: Legacy, which premiered on Freevee in 2022. The Bosch series are police procedural dramas, of which Legacy has been described as Bosch season 8.
