AMC reveals smoking hot key art for The Ones Who Live with a brand new trailer
By Renee Hansen
The countdown is on! Only one month remains until AMC and AMC+ premieres The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live spinoff series on February 25. The six episode series will see the return of Andrew Lincoln and Danai Gurira as Rick and Michonne who have been separated for years.
The new key art for The Ones Who Live is outstanding. It features Rick and Michonne front and center, separated by fire with CRM helicopters and walkers in the background as the series logo appears to be burning.
Rick departed The Walking Dead during season 9, when he was thought to have died in the bridge explosion. He was rescued by Jadis/Anne (Pollyanna McIntosh) and whisked away and traded to the CRM (Civic Republic Military) so she would climb their ranks and become Warrant Officer Jadis Stokes, a loyal member of this organization. He has been captive of the CRM since but has never stopped trying to make his way back to his family.
In season 10 of The Walking Dead, Michonne discovers that her true love survived the explosion and would begin her search for him at the request of their daughter Judith (Cailey Fleming) who believed her father may be trying to reach them but need help.
Neither one has ever given up hope of reuniting with the other and The Ones Who Live will finally give fans what they have longed for.
