Walking Dead's Austin Abrams stars in the action comedy Wolfs with Brad Pitt & George Clooney
By Renee Hansen
Actor Austin Abrams is well known for his roles in AMC's The Walking Dead, HBO's Euphoria, and the Netflix original Dash & Lily. This fall, Abrams will star in a new action comedy from Jon Watts, Wolfs.
Written and directed by Watts, who is known for the MCU trilogy of Spider-Man films, Homecoming, Far From Home, and No Way Home, Wolfs is an action comedy that reunites Brad Pitt and George Clooney for the first time since Burn After Reading (2008).
Both portray "fixers," lone wolves hired to cover up crimes. As Clooney's Jack prepares to do what he does best, stating, “There’s nobody who can do who I do,” Pitt's Nick arrives, also hired to do the same job. Things get even more complicated when the deceased person they were sent to dispose of, portrayed by Abrams, is found to be alive, and a large quantity of drugs is found. Despite dressing and talking the same and working together on this job, the duo continues to protest that they are not partners.
Wolfs also stars Amy Ryan and Poorna Jagannathan and will be released in theaters on September 20. Check out the trailer below.
