Walking Dead's Sonequa Martin-Green stars in a new episode of Accused

Walking Dead and Star Trek: Discovery actress Sonequa Martin-Green starred in a recent episode of the Fox crime drama Accused.
The series premiered its second season on Oct. 8 with episodes released weekly. The season 2 finale of Accused aired on Dec. 3 and Martin-Green was part of the cast for this episode with Mike Colter, Kiara Barnes, Jade Eshete, James Cade, Rebecca Liddiard, and Sergio Di Zio.
Accused was created by Howard Gordon (24) and based on the BBC series of the same name. The series is an anthology which features a new cast and story each episode. The stories are told from the perspective of the defendant of a case that will be told throughout the episode leading to their courtroom appearance.
Martin-Green appeared in episode 8, "Megan's Story," and the synopsis of the episode reads: An ambitious music executive faces hardship when a futuristic sex robot comes between her and her husband.
Accused can be streamed on Hulu.
Martin-Green isn't the first actor from The Walking Dead universe to appear in the series. Season 1 featured Lauren Ridloff, Ian Anthony Dale, and Josh Hamilton in separate episodes, with Laila Robins and Keith Carradine starring together. Both seasons can be seen on Hulu.
What else does Sonequa Martin-Green star in?
On Feb. 28, 2025, fans of Sonequa Martin-Green can see her in Briarcliff Entertainment's new movie, My Dead Friend Zoe. The film is the directorial debut of Kyle Hausmann-Stokes, who co-wrote the story with A.J. Bermudez. It is based on Hausemann-Stokes' short film Merit x Zoe. The movie also stars Natalie Morales, Ed Harris, Morgan Freeman, Gloria Reuben, and Utkarsh Ambudkar.
She portrayed Michael Burnham in all five seasons of Star Trek: Discovery, which concluded with a 10-part final season in May 2024. She also appeared as Burnham in Star Trek: Discovery Logs, personal logs of the crew members which were released via social media.
She is also well known for her roles in Space Jam: A New Legacy, Invincible, Holiday Rush, New Girl, and more.
She will star with her husband, Walking Dead actor Kendric Green, and Fear TWD actor Garret Dillahunt in Sarah's Oil, which is scheduled to release on Dec. 25, 2025.
