The Walking Dead: McFarlane Toys ‘asphalt walker’ limited edition season 5 Blu-ray DVD case arrives in December

Press Release

McFarlane Toys has created some unforgettable special edition Blu-ray DVD cases for The Walking Dead, including a “tree walker”, “Governor’s walker head tank” and a “screwdriver walker head”. For season 5, it will be an “asphalt walker”!  We got a look at it a little while back, but now we have the official press release that it’s debut is December 1st, 2015.

Rotters

The asphalt walkers get their own spectacular special feature as well called Rotters in the Flesh. A few of the actors who played the melted rotters, Chris Harrelson and Stephen Vining are very excited about the special feature and have been reliving their set experience on Facebook after watching the special sneak peek and seeing the pictures.

DVD/Cover Art

The DVD will include all of the features of the regular DVD set, the 5 discs, 16 episodes and all of the special features, but it will have  special walker cover art on the box and, of course, the beautiful, detailed figure on the case.
