Fear the Walking Dead star Frank Dillane had a zombie dream and may have given away a walker nickname when he told about his dream to his interviewer at Entertainment Weekly.

In most of the interviews so far, the people related with Fear the Walking Dead have used the term walker to describe the zombies even though we know they won’t be called zombies or walkers.  Recently, we even learned that they will be called infected at first, but that they are trying to figure out cool ‘West Coast’ names for the walkers.

The interviewer asked Dillane if he has had a zombie nightmare yet, which is common among people working on The Walking Dead. Frank had had one just the night before! It took place on an island with two hotels. One filled with dead people and one not. He was in the one with the dead.

When the interviewer asked what happened in the hotel, Dillane gave this answer:

"There were just like walkers all around. They were just dead people wandering around. There was this little boy with a gun who had a corpse there, and he’d cut up the corpse, and he would take the flesh of the eater, of the walker, and put it in this little gun, this little flesh gun, and then shoot it at people, so that you could sort of zombify people from far away. Hold on, that’s a pretty good episode!"

Aside from it being a cool concept and dream, it seems to me that the word eater slipped out and Frank corrected himself with walker. I’m sure eater is only one of many simple and beautiful terms that could be used for the walkers. I’ll be listening for it!

I haven’t had a zombie dream yet. Have you? I’ve dreamed about writing and Tweeting about zombies though!

Fear begins here!
