THE WALKING DEAD NEWS – Fear the Walking Dead, Dead City & More

The Walking Dead universe has begun the first of its 2023 releases with Fear the Walking Dead’s season 8 on May 14, and The Walking Dead: Dead City will soon follow with its debut on June 18. It is an exciting year for fans of the universe.
AMC airs new episodes of Fear the Walking Dead on Sundays at 9 p.m. ET., with AMC+ airing these episodes early on Thursdays. Season 8A has begun to reveal more about the mysterious PADRE and what has occurred with the survivors during the seven-year time jump. This week’s episode, “Odessa,” ties into season 7 and is an exciting episode that brings back a familiar face.
Dead City will see its premiere immediately following Fear the Walking Dead’s midseason finale on June 18 at 9 p.m. ET. This episode will be released early on Thursday on AMC+. Dead City will see Maggie (Lauren Cohan) and Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) embark on a journey to apocalyptic Manhattan to rescue her son Hershel (Logan Kim), who has been abducted by a former underling of Negan’s known as The Croat (Zeljko Ivanek).
