Fear the Walking Dead’s Colby Minifie to appear in The Boys spinoff Gen V

Actress Colby Minifie is well known for her role as Ashely Barrett in Prime Video’s The Boys and as Virginia on Fear the Walking Dead. She has starred in many other notable roles during her career, and next, she will be seen in Gen V, a spinoff of The Boys.
Gen V was developed by Craig Rosenberg, Evan Goldberg, and Eric Kripke, creator of The Boys. This series is a spinoff of The Boys and focuses on young adult supes attending Godolkin University School of Crimefighting, run by Vought International.
Described as part college drama, part Hunger Games, Gen V will see the young supes learning to enhance their abilities by competing against one another while living a college life.
Gen V release date
Amazon Prime will release Gen V on Sept. 29.
Gen V cast
Minifie will be a guest star reprising her role as Ashely Barrett and will be joined by The Boys actors Jessie T. Usher as A Train and P.J. Byrne as Adam Bourke. Jensen Ackles, who plays Soldier Boy in The Boys, has announced that he filmed a cameo for the series.
The main cast for Gen V includes Jaz Sinclair, Chance Perdomo, Lizze Broadway, Shelley Conn, Maddie Phillips, London Thor, Derek Luh, Asa Germann, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sean Patrick Thomas, and Marco Pigossi.

What else does Colby Minifie star in?
You can see Minifie in The Boys, and she will return for season 4, which has yet to announce a release date. The fourth season will see fellow Walking Dead universe actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who plays Negan on TWD and Dead City, join the cast of The Boys. She also stars in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel with fellow TWDU actor Michael Zegen, who played Randall in season 2 of TWD. Minifie stars in several episodes of season 2 as a character named Ginger.
Minifie has also had roles in the Netflix original I’m Thinking of Ending Things, Jessica Jones, Homebody, and more.
She will star in a short titled Lovebug with fellow Fear TWD actors Alycia Debnam-Carey (Alicia) and Austin Amelio (Dwight) that is scheduled to release on August 31, 2023.
