Walking Dead actors Jeffrey Dean Morgan and his wife, Hilarie Burton Morgan, recently celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary. Although they have been together for many more years than that, the couple still share sentiments as if they were newlyweds. Our heartfelt congrats to the happy couple!

The Morgans are a power couple in their own right, juggling several projects at once.  They own or co-own several businesses, she is a published author, and they run their farm, Mischief Farm, all while raising two children and sneaking in gigs for their acting careers.

Below, Hilarie Burton Morgan posted a very heartfelt tribute to the man she married on Instagram.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Hilarie Burton Morgan – The Walking Dead

Jeffrey Dean Morgan has portrayed Negan in The Walking Dead for several seasons. This would lead to his casting in a spinoff series, The Walking Dead: Dead City, where he stars with Lauren Cohan, who reprises her role as Maggie. The series’s first season was met with favorable reviews and was renewed for a second season.

Hilarie Burton Morgan portrayed Negan’s wife, Lucille, in a bonus episode of season 10. She did an outstanding job portraying the wife Negan named his beloved barbed wire-wrapped bat after. She sadly died of cancer, but fans would love to see another episode featuring her as Lucille. Perhaps a Tales of the Walking Dead episode?

Burton Morgan has begun her book tour for her recent workGrimore Girl Creating an Inheritance of Magic and Mischief. She announced that her special guest moderator for the Poughkeepsie, NY event would be her husband; this led to an almost sold-out event (of which there were two tickets available when this article was published).

Once again, CONGRATS to The Morgans on the anniversary of their wedding day!
