The Ones Who Live finale, when does it air on AMC and AMC+?
By Renee Hansen
The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live has been episode after episode of greatness. This series has given the fandom so much of what they longed to see in the reunion of Rick and Michonne. There has been a lot of action, death, and that unexpected but brilliant cameo in episode 5. The sixth and final episode looks to continue the action, but no one is ready for this series to end.
The sixth episode of The Ones Who Live is titled "The Last Time" and is directed by TWD veteran Michael Satrazemis, as confirmed by photographer Gene Page. Little else is known about the episode besides what is featured in the trailer.
- Rick & Michonne will go to the Cascadia Base, this is where the Summit is to be held.
- Rick will receive the Echelon Briefing which reveals all the secrets of the CRM.
- Michonne will search Jadis' room for the dossier containing all the information about Alexandria and its residents.
- Then, they go home together.
Sounds easy enough, but according to Major General Beale (Terry O'Quinn) of the CRM, after this moment, everything changes.
The Ones Who Live will air on AMC at 9 p.m. ET and AMC+ at the 3 a.m. ET timeslot on March 31. There have been no announcements stating that AMC+ won't have its early release. I guess we will find out Sunday morning.
Will there be a The Ones Who Live season 2?
Scott M. Gimple has said you never know. But there have been no announcements to this effect. That doesn't mean something else even more exciting is waiting in the wings. Gimple previously stated that the main focus was Dead City, Daryl Dixon, and The Ones Who Live, and if those did well, there could be more on the way. Only time will tell what AMC's next move within TWDU will be.
Don't miss the final episode of The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live on AMC and AMC+.
