Where to stream The Madness starring Fear the Walking Dead's Colman Domingo
By Renee Hansen
In 2023, Emmy Award-winning Colman Domingo said goodbye to Victor Strand, a role he played on Fear the Walking Dead since 2015. While this had to be a bittersweet time for Domingo, he had much to look forward to in a long list of new projects. His most recent, The Madness, was recently released, and it looks like it will be a great binge-watch.
The Madness is a conspiracy thriller created for Netflix by Stephen Belber (O.G., The Laramie Project), co-showrunner with VJ Boyd (Justified, S.W.A.T). The limited eight-part series premiered on the streamer on Nov. 28, just in time for the long Thanksgiving weekend.
Domingo portrays media pundit Muncie Daniels, who, after discovering a murder in the deep woods of the Poconos, must fight to prove his innocence. To survive, he must reconnect with his estranged family and return to his lost ideals.
Additional cast members include Stephanie Blake (When They See Us, Orange Is the New Black), Gabrielle Graham (Twenties,21 Thunder), John Ortiz (Silver Linings Playbook), Tamsin Topolski (The Diplomat), and Thaddeus J. Mixon.
Domingo told Netflix that the seris will make the audience ponder these questions: “How did we get here? What are we going to do about it now? And how are we going to get some sanity in our future?”
Don't miss The Madness now streaming on Netflix.
