Telltale's The Walking Dead is an episodic adventure game series that focus' less on action and more on character interaction as well as development of characters. It is a multiple choice, decision based game that tells the story of a young girl named Clementine. In the first game, you play as a man named Lee Everett who finds Clementine alone in her treehouse after the apocalypse starts. Clementine's parents were away and her babysitter succumbed to the Wildfire virus. Lee takes Clementine under his wing as they try to navigate this new world and look for her parents.
This video game portrays a beautiful story about found family, love, and loss in a broken world. It displays all the theme's present in The Walking Dead show. There are different game modes you can play, but in story mode you play as a character called, the Tourist. The story takes place in New Orleans as you start the game on a boat with a tour guide named Henri. However, your boat ends up crashing due to a zombie horde lurking underneath the water and you get shipwrecked in a cemetery.
The goal of the game is to survive the zombie filled and flooded New Orleans by finding and crafting supplies to escape. Lovers of zombies and The Walking Dead universe will love this immersive experience that brings them closer to their favorite apocalyptic world.
Resident Evil game series
The Resident Evil series is a horror survival game series that features a virus that causes a zombie apocalypse similar to that of The Walking Dead. In this game series an international pharmaceutical company, called the Umbrella Corporation, creates viruses that can cause mutation to humans, plants, and animals for bio-organic weapon research. The Umbrella Corporation uses their research to try and take control of the fictitious Raccoon City. The games explore different stories within the apocalyptic world.
The Resident Evil 2 remake is one of the most popular games in the series. This game follows two characters named Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield, who both find themselves exploring Raccoon City and its police department. Leon Kennedy is a police officer who travels to Raccoon City Police Department to start his first shift and Claire Redfield is looking for her brother who worked at the police station.
Players can play as Leon Kennedy as well as Claire Redfield, whose stories intertwine at certain points of the game. The Last of Us
The Last of Us is an action-adventure game that takes place in an apocalyptic world filled with the Cordyceps virus, which is a parasitic fungal infection. However, in The Last of Us the zombies along with the environment are ten times more dangerous and deadly. The story follows a man named Joel Miller who is tasked with smuggling a young girl, Ellie, out of the city of Boston and transporting her to a group called the "Fireflies."

Dead by Daylight: The Walking Dead
A little over a month ago the game, Dead by Daylight, released The Walking Dead content as an addition to the game. Dead by Daylight is a horror survival game where you must survive as a group of up to four players to escape a killer. You can either play as a survivor or the killer. With The Walking Dead chapter, you can play as survivors: Rick Grimes, Michonne, or Daryl Dixon.
