Award-winning actor Colman Domingo is known for his many outstanding performances, including his most recent in the movie Sing Sing, for which he was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actor. Next, he will star in a Netflix original comedy series, The Four Seasons.
The series is created by Tina Fey, Lang Fisher, and Tracey Wigfield, who previously worked together on the final season of NBC's 30 Rock. The Four Seasons series adapts the 1981 movie, which starred Alan Alda with Carol Burnett, Rita Moreno, Sandy Dennis, and Len Cariou. Fey, Fisher, and Wigfield executive produced the series with Alda and Marissa Bregman, whose father, Martin, produced the original.
Netflix recently released a teaser for the eight-part series, which paints a hilarious look into the story that follows a group of long-time friends over the course of four seasonal vacations.
The series reunites Date Night stars Fey and Steve Carell, who are joined by Colman Domingo (Rustin, The Madness), Will Forte (Bodkin), Kerri Kenney-Silver (Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp), Marco Calvani (High Tide), and Erika Henningsen (Girls5Eva).

The Four Seasons will premiere on Netflix on May 1.
What else does Colman Domingo star in?
Domingo, known for his portrayal of Victor Strand in Fear the Walking Dead, recently starred in the Netflix original thriller The Madness. In it, he portrays a media pundit who, after discovering a murder, becomes the prime suspect. This leads him to a frantic search for the truth in order to clear his name.
The actor also lent his voice talents to another Netflix original, The Electric State. The movie, from The Russo brothers, adapts the same-titled graphic novel by Simon Stålenhag. Set in an alternate 1990s that takes place after a failed robot uprising, the story follows Michelle (Millie Bobby Brown), who enlists a smuggler, Keats (Chris Pratt), to help her locate her brother. It is a fun take on a robot apocalypse, which features the talents of an all-star cast that includes Ke Huy Quan, Jason Alexander, Giancarlo Esposito, Stanley Tucci, Kurt Loder, Woody Harrelson, Anthony Mackie, and many more.
