WALKING DEAD NEWS: Steven Yeun, Jeffrey Dean Morgan and more
By Renee Hansen
This week The Walking Dead news has quite a few announcements regarding TWDU actors in new roles. The countdown is on for the premiere of the final season of Fear the Walking Dead in May and the debut of The Walking Dead: Dead City in June.
The Walking Dead: Dead City and Fear the Walking Dead will attend WonderCon 2023 at Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California, on March 25. Both series will host panels and press conferences. Fans are hopeful that full-length trailers for both series will also be released.
Dead City will occur at 1:30 p.m. PDT (4:30 p.m. ET) with Lauren Cohan, Gaius Charles, and showrunner Eli Jorné in attendance. Jeffrey Dean Morgan is filming for The Boys, so, unfortunately, he can attend this event.
Fear TWD will occur at 2:30 p.m. PDT (5:30 p.m. ET) with Kim Dickens, Jenna Elfman, Karen David, and co-showrunner Ian Goldberg in attendance. Fans have been disappointed at the lack of actors at this event, but since filming has concluded for the series, many have moved on to new projects.
