The Walking Dead universe news (July 22, 2022) Comic Con 2022 edition

Comic Con 2022 is in full swing, and The Walking Dead universe will be taking over Hall H Friday afternoon. We will do our best to keep you updated on all things within TWDU as the news is released. There has been some leaking information, but Undead Walking will not release anything until AMC does.
Tales of the Walking Dead will host its first-ever panel Friday, July 22 at 12:30 p.m PT/3:30 p.m. ET in Hall H, with Chris Hardwick of Talking Dead serving as moderator. The official trailer will be shown, and panel guests will include Scott Gimple, showrunner Channing Powell, director/EP Michael Satrazemis, Terry Crews, Samantha Morton and Danny Ramirez.
The Walking Dead will host its final panel Friday, July 22 at 1:30 p.m. PT/4:30 p.m. ET in Hall H; Harwick will moderate. Panel guests will include Gimple, Angela Kang, Greg Nicotero and cast members Norman Reedus, Melissa McBride, Christian Serratos, Ross Marquand, Seth Gilliam, Josh McDermitt, Michael James Shaw, Cailey Fleming and Lauren Ridloff. Sadly, Khary Payton had to cancel his appearance.
This panel will reveal the trailer for the final eight episodes of the series, and the premiere date of the episodes that will be in October. Fans hope to hear more news of the other spinoff series and information about Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln).
