The Walking Dead universe viewers are patiently awaiting the May release of Fear the Walking Dead season 8 and season 1 of the first direct spinoff, The Walking Dead: Dead City, in June. In the meantime, fans can enjoy a rewatch of the entire Walking Dead series on Netflix or seasons 1-7 of Fear TWD on Hulu.

Some TWDU viewers are currently enjoying the weekly installments of the HBO series The Last of Us, which is based on the same-titled video game. Although set in an apocalypse, this series is vastly different from The Walking Dead. After watching the first episodes, fans can see similarities to TWD, but overall the differences are quite obvious. Both series are outstanding but have different tones and settings, making each unique and worth the watch.

Filming has begun for Summit, The Walking Dead spinoff series that will see the return of Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and Michonne (Dania Gurira).

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, currently filming in France, has announced more cast members.
